Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I would like to attend college to obtain a degree that would allot me a career in Sports Medicine and playing sports could help fund my college degree.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.
-
Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

The people who love and support me have always stressed to me the importance of my mental and physical health. I limit my sugar intake, I don't drink sodas, I eat an abundance of fruits and leafy green vegetables, I drink lots of water, and I work out HARD. These habits not only keep me physically fit but also boost my mental clarity.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
