Hi, my name is Analese Lutz and I am looking forward to graduating Findlay High School in the summer of 2019. My goals include attending an academically rigorous school while continuing to compete in cross country and track. During high school, I have chosen the most difficult classes available to me in part so that I can develop the proper time management skills to successfully balance the rigors of both athletic competition and a challenging academic load. I have found that I am happier and more capable of meeting my academic goals when I am working out and competing on a regular basis.
I am relatively new to running, having spent 15-20 hours per week training for competitive gymnastics between the ages of 5 and 15. I was able to win three all around state championships and to complete at two regionals and one national meet. My gymnastics accomplishments are available on www.mymeetscores.com. In 2015 I retired from gymnastics, but my lifelong training regimen has helped my transition into a new sport.
I admit that I am still learning about both cross country and track, but I really enjoy running. I enjoy the team aspect of the sport, and I have felt comfortable racing distances from 200 meters to 5 miles. I have progressively increased my mileage, but I get most excited by running short to medium length interval workouts. My progress slowed a bit from my sophomore to my junior year until my family doctor figured out that I have mild asthma. My runs are going progressively better since I began using an inhaler.
My coach’s name is Mark Gleason, and he has said that he is happy to communicate about my running accomplishments and goals. His phone number is 419-420-3345, and his email address is MGleason@fcs.org. My club gymnastics coach’s name was Robin Bodem, and she is also willing to talk about my approach to training and to competitions. Her email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
I also have a profile on www.berecruited.com. My personal email is email@example.com.
Hoping to hear from you!
