Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Basketball is a love of mine. I want to be able to help a team get to an NCAA tournament, all while receiving a quality education in the classroom and the gym. Playing professional sports is a bonus. My education and playing the game I love is the most important to me, in that order.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I get my teammates together outside of practice, and go through shooting routines and our entire system for my club team, because I have been with the club the longest. Being the best defender, I take the time to ensure that my teammates know that communication is key to team defense, while showing them the ins and outs of solid on ball defense.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Our clubs focus is on obtaining a scholarship for everyone. I've taken the lead in making really strong grades, and have come up with a routine to make sure that I not only get my studies taken care of, but get out and work on my deficiencies as a ball player. My trainer taught me that you have to be comfortable being uncomfortable and that is how I've made great improvements as a guard.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

On Holidays , I volunteer at Soup Kitchen's and Salvation Army, to ensure that people who need it are able to eat and have food, because I am blessed to be able to have what I have.
