Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Either when I am on the field or off the field I always give something or someone my all. I take every great opportunity that is thrown at me and try to capitalize on it and even if I make a mistake I still can learn how I could have done something differently. I have had a lot of great role models and leaders in my life and think if they can be such great influences why can't I.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

Physical fitness is a very important part of any sport and you have to always be conditioning your body to stay in shape. I practice seven days a week and four of those days (Monday through Thursday) are team practices. When I am at home I do a lot of by myself practicing but also I go up to practice on our field and will invite more teammates to come as well to not only practice but get time to be able to bond outside of practice.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
