Starting 11/24/09 I will be helping the 8th grade team at one of the middle schools. The coach called and asked if I could come and help out with the team this year. I am excited to help the younger girls learn some new things.

Hey Guys, As you know, Jess had qualified for the State meet by winning her Sectional Championship. We were in New Trier Thursday night through Saturday morning (11/18-11/21). Going in, Jess' seed score had her ranked 36th out of the 48 qualifers. Jess had a really good taper and really showed up. She had a solid first four dives, standing 11th going into the final dive of the round. Her final dive was mistimed, but she made the second round by just .4 points.&nb

We had intra-squad scrimmages tonight for our basketball teams at the high school. I played in both the Freshman and Varsity games. The Freshman games consisted of two ten-minute quarters. I played about 13 minutes until I took a hard fall in the second quarter. I landed on my hip and wrist when I was undercut by a team mate while catching a high pass mid-air. ok yu guys . this is how it went down on the 17th @ chsas high school . We played Ralph Ellison at 5:30pm. There was alot of people there, but we didn't let the crowd change the way we played. There were two leading scorers for the Cyclones: Lauren McKinnis finished with 20pts 5 assists and 6 rebounds. Dayona Williams finished with 12pts 2 assists and 3 rebounds.
