The tournament we were scheduled to play in this weekend was cancelled. There were not enough teams registered in our division soooo....I am really disappointed. I was looking forward to playing. I can't believe it's October already! Our team practices start November 17th, and I am so ready. I spent the spring and summer playing AAU ball and the past couple of months in the gym lifting weights and shooting around. This past weekend was the End of the Road Championships in Kennesaw, Ga which is right outside of Atlanta. My AAU team has been to this tournament the past 3 years and we've won the past 2. Seattle Rotary Lady Style closed out the Midsummer Night Madness Fall Classic with a 74-58 victory over Bellarmine Prep, the 8th place finisher in the 2008 Washington 4A state tournament.
