2011 Prospect (16 y/o) Josh has a new personal high for his one-rep max strength totals!! Josh has been on a 3-day weekly program, since 09/16/2009. This personal lifting program includes a combination of the Core Series foundation building (whey protein) Syntha-6 and Core Series post workout CellMass. In addition, Josh takes a generic one-a-day male vitamin supplement. Josh has seen some incredible size and strength gains! On 09/16/09 Josh weighed 180lbs and had these totals: M
