Mets Call Up NuÑEz To Fill Infield Role

The Mets purchased the contract of veteran infielder Abraham Nuñez from their Triple-A New Orleans affiliate and optioned infielder-outfielder Nick Evans back to their Binghamton affiliate in the Double-A Eastern League.
