| My team for south colonie central high school has been going up in the standings for the best in the conutry. Jim Kerher the 3rd best 110 meter hurdles in the conutry has been with us and helped everyone through tough races. Including me, i started out with 54.6 for almost 2 straight years in the 400 meter dash and ever since Penn relays i finaly went down to a 53.8. im defenitly improving, and soon i'll be running with the rest of the guys on my team pulling 50.1 in the 400.
